Our Biggest sale of the year is almost here -- We put together this FAQ guide so you can be ready to take advantage! 

WHEN DOES YOUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE BEGIN AND END?
Our BF sale begins on November 25th at 9 AM CST and will end on December 2nd at 11:59 PM CST.

    WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT CODE?

    Use code BLACKFRIDAY19 for 25% off your entire purchase!

    ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?

    Only gift cards are excluded. Everything else that is currently on our site is eligible for the discount.

    WHAT ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

    All items currently on the site will be available! We will release/restock certain gusset pants and henley hoodies when the sale goes live Monday morning! We also have a small surprise release planned for Friday. No other styles will be restocked during the sale! We expect there to be sell outs of the most popular styles, colors, and styles so shop early!

    CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

    Yes, check out our 'final few' page here for even bigger discounts! Note that already discounted items are final sale.

    CAN I STACK DISCOUNT CODES?

    No, you will not be able to stack discount codes. 

    MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS

    CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

    We will only be allowing changes to orders for the first four hours of the sale. After 2 PM CST we will not allow changes, combinations, cancellations for the duration of the sale.

    We do not do straight across exchanges. If you need a different size than what you originally ordered please place a new order with the correct size and we will do our best to cancel the incorrect size from your original order. Note that we will only make these types of changes for the first four hours of the sale.

    I FORGOT TO ADD THE DISCOUNT CODE! WHAT DO I DO?

    SHIPPING

    WHEN WILL BLACK FRIDAY ORDERS SHIP?

    Due to the high volume of orders we receive during our BF sale, our usual 1-3 business day shipping time is not possible. We will start shipping orders Monday afternoon/Tuesday morning and anticipate that all orders will be shipped out from 7-10 business days from order date. 

    WHAT WILL SHIPPING COST?

    Shipping in the U.S. will be a flat $3.99 per order with free US shipping on orders over $150!

    Shipping outside of the U.S. will be a flat $12.99 per order.

    DO YOU EXPEDITE ORDERS?

    We do! Make sure to select 'expedited shipping' during checkout!

    I PLACED A FEW ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE MY SHIPPING FEES?

    We will combine shipping fees for orders that are placed within the first four hours of the sale if you send us an email at hello@childhoodsclothing.com! After 2 PM CST we will not allow changes, combinations, cancellations for the duration of the sale- even if your previous order has not shipped. While we do offer to combine shipping fees there are times when our team is unable to psychically combine your orders due to the fulfillment process. 

    RETURN POLICY

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

    Purchases using the black friday discount code are eligible for returns for shop credit for the price paid. We will not be able to exchange the items at the same discounted price. Already discounted items from our final few page are final sale.

    I PURCHASED RECENTLY. CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?

    We will not be able to apply the discount retroactively to any orders!

    WHERE CAN I GET SIZING HELP?

    You can find our size guide here! Please remember that these are general sizing recommendations and the fit of each piece will depend on your child's unique build!

    We expect many items to sell out within the first minutes of the sale. Please check out the site ahead of time, know your size, and know which items you want and be ready. If you really want something, get it now. It may not be available during or after the sale.

Making an account ahead of time automatically fills out your billing and shipping information so that you can jump straight to the payment page and check out quickly to make sure you can get the items you want!
