- Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?
No, you won't be able to use multiple discounts on one order.
- Can you make changes to my order before it has shipped?
We do our best to make any post-order changes but once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that we will be able change it before it is processed and shipped! Please email us at hello@childhoodsclothing.com and our customer service team will do their best to help!
- I placed two orders on the same day and got charged shipping for both of them. Can you refund my shipping fees and combine my orders?
Due to how our fulfillment center processes and ships orders we are unable to combine orders, nor are we able to refund shipping fees on separate orders placed throughout the sale.
- I placed an order just a few days ago, can you give me a price adjustment?
We will not be price adjusting any previously placed orders.
SHIPPING
When can I expect my order?
Due to the high volume of orders we are estimating that orders may take up to 2-4 business days to ship from the time you place your order. Our team will begin processing orders on Monday and work as fast as possible to ship all orders. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update.

What is your return policy for items purchased during the sale?
*Any items purchased using the discount code are not eligible for refunds but are eligible for returns for shop credit for the total price paid (not for the price before the discount).
