  • When does the 20% off sale start and end?
The sale will start on Monday, 7/20 @ 11 AM CST and end on Tuesday, 7/21 @ 12 PM CST. You can start shopping the sale at 10 AM CST by signing up for our newsletter! You'll then receive a password to enter the site. We will also have free shipping (no code necessary) for the early access hour.
  • How do I get the 20% discount on my order?
You can use code THANKS20 for 20% off our entire site! This includes new releases and previously discounted items.
  • Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?
No, you won't be able to use multiple discounts on one order.
  • Can you make changes to my order before it has shipped?
We do our best to make any post-order changes but once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that we will be able change it before it is processed and shipped! Please email us at hello@childhoodsclothing.com and our customer service team will do their best to help!
  • I placed two orders on the same day and got charged shipping for both of them. Can you refund my shipping fees and combine my orders? 

Due to how our fulfillment center processes and ships orders we are unable to combine orders, nor are we able to refund shipping fees on separate orders placed throughout the sale.

  • Are you restocking any items during the 24-hour sale?

We will not be restocking anything during our 24-hour sale.

  • I placed an order just a few days ago, can you give me a price adjustment?
We will not be price adjusting any previous orders.
SHIPPING
When can I expect my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, combined with covid-19 precautions that our fulfillment center is following, we are estimating that orders may take up to 10-14 business days to ship from the time you place your order. All items are ready to ship and our team will begin processing orders on Monday and work as fast as possible to ship all orders.  Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update.

What is your return policy for items purchased during the sale?
Any items purchased using the discount code are not eligible for refunds but are eligible for returns for shop credit for the total sale price.
