Our Biggest sale of the year is almost here -- We put together this FAQ guide so you can be ready to take advantage!
WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT CODE?
The 25% will automatically be taken off at checkout!
WHEN DOES THE GIFT CARD IN EVERY ORDER BEGIN ON THE 29TH?
A gift card will be included in the first 1,000 orders on Monday the 29th beginning at 10 AM CST. We will remove the promo details from our banner once we've hit 1,000 orders. *** Limit 5 per customer.
ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?
Only gift cards are excluded. Everything else that is currently on our site is eligible for the discount!
WHAT ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
All items currently on the site will be available! We will release new arrivals on Monday (22nd), Black Friday (26th), and Cyber Monday (29th). Check out our coming soon page here! No styles will be restocked during the sale once they are sold out. We expect there to be sell outs of the most popular styles, colors, and styles so shop early!
CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS?
Yes, check out our 'final few' page here for even bigger discounts! Note that already discounted items are final sale.
CAN I STACK DISCOUNT CODES?
No, you will not be able to stack discount codes. If you would like to redeem Club Cozy rewards please email us at email@example.com and we can refund you for your reward total.
MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
We can make changes to an order up until our warehouse starts to process the order. Our fulfillment team will start shipping items immediately so please double check your cart before confirming your purchase because we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you would like to request a cancellation please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the world 'cancellation' in the subject line.
We do not do exchanges. If you need a different size than what you originally ordered please place a new order with the correct size and we will do our best to cancel the incorrect size from your original order. Note that we can only make these types of changes up until our warehouse starts to process the order.
I FORGOT TO ADD THE DISCOUNT CODE! WHAT DO I DO?

WHEN WILL BLACK FRIDAY ORDERS SHIP?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive during our BF sale, our usual 1-3 business day shipping time is not possible. We will start shipping orders early on Monday! We anticipate that all orders will be shipped out within 3-4 business days from the order date.
WHAT WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping in the U.S. will be $3.99 per order with free US shipping on orders over $100!
Shipping outside of the U.S. will be a flat rate of $12.99 per order.
DO YOU EXPEDITE ORDERS?
We don't currently offer this service.
I PLACED A FEW ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE MY SHIPPING FEES?
To help our fulfillment team move as quickly and as accurately as possible, we will not be combining orders - even if your previous order has not shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Purchases using the Black Friday discount code are eligible for returns for shop credit for the price paid. We will not be able to exchange the items at the same discounted price. Already discounted items from our final few page are final sale.
I PURCHASED RECENTLY. CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?
We will not be able to apply the discount retroactively to any orders!
WHERE CAN I GET SIZING HELP?
You can find our size guide here! Please remember that these are general sizing recommendations and the fit of each piece will depend on your child's unique build!

We expect many items to sell out within the first minutes of the sale. Please check out the site ahead of time, know your size, and know which items you want! If you really want something, get it now. It may not be available after the beginning of the sale or after the sale has ended.

The items in your cart aren't reserved until you click the button to actually submit payment and receive order confirmation. Making an account ahead of time automatically fills out your billing and shipping information so that you can jump straight to the payment page and check out quickly to make sure you can get the items you want!
