- When does the 35% off sale start and end? Early access for sale will start on Monday, 6/23 @ 9AM CST for insiders and 11AM CST for nonsubscribers and end on Saturday 6/27 @ 11:59 PM CST.
- How do I get early access? Sign up for email, text and/or join our Facebook Insiders group to get the early access code.

How do I get the 35% discount on my order? Look for the early access code in your email, texts, or Facebook Insiers group to get 35% off starting at 9AM CST on 6/23. The code will be automatically applied at checkout starting at 11AM CST on 6/23. This includes new releases and already discounted items.

How does the bonus gift card promo work? Get a bonus digital gift card based on your spend!
Spend $50, get a $5 gift card
Spend $100, get a $15 gift card
Spend $150, get a $25 gift card
Spend $200, get a $50 gift card
Based on your subtotal. Must spend $50, $100, $150 or $200 after the 35% discount is applied and before taxes/shipping. Digital gift cards will be sent out 5-7 business days after your order has shipped. We cannot combine order totals throughout the sale to achieve a higher total, it must be in one order.

Can I pre-load my cart before the sale goes live? Yes, you can pre-load your cart before the sale goes live! New arrivals will be on the site at drop time.
- Will anything be restocked during the sale? We will not be restocking anything during the sale, but we will have 2-3 drops with new arrivals so be sure to follow us on Instagram to follow along with new product.
- Can I use multiple discount codes on my order? We are not able to stack discount codes. However, if you would like to use a rewards code that you've redeemed through our Club Cozy program then you can email hello@childhoodsclothing.com and ask for a refund using that code.
- Can you make changes to my order before it has shipped? We do our best to make any post-order changes but once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that we will be able change it before it is processed and shipped! Please email us at hello@childhoodsclothing.com and our customer service team will do their best to help! Please note that with the high volume of emails, we might not be able to get back to you as we would like!
- I placed two orders on the same day and got charged shipping for both of them. Can you refund my shipping fees and combine my orders? Due to how our fulfillment center processes and ships orders we are unable to combine orders, nor are we able to refund shipping fees on separate orders placed throughout the sale.
- I placed an order just a few days ago, can you give me a price adjustment? We are unable to price adjust any previously placed orders.
SHIPPING
- When can I expect my order? Due to the high volume of orders we are estimating that orders may take up to 6-8 business days to ship from the time you place your order. All items are ready to ship and our team will begin processing orders on Monday and work as fast as possible to ship all orders. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update.
RETURNS
- What is your return policy for items purchased during the sale? Any items purchased using the discount code are not eligible for refunds but are eligible for returns for shop credit for the total price paid (not for the price before the discount). ***Sale items -items that have previously been marked down- are FINAL SALE.
